Going for Manager certainly is tough. I have to find 4 more people to join Nutrimetics by the end of the month as well as generate group sales of $8000 to be allowed to enter the manager program. The sales arent the hard part. Its the sponsoring thats hard at the present time. So I am feeling a little bit down today i really want to make manager but I just dont see how I can find 4 people who would want to sign up in 11 days. It feels like an impossible task!!!! But I am hoping that I will find those 4 people so I can make my goal. Without them even if I make the group sales I will still miss out.

Wishing you all the best for this Clare - have you tried going back to past hostesses and customers - maybe do a "phone blitz" & call everyone on your list and offer them some kind of "special" incentive if they join up by a certain date??
Chat with your friends, family, neighbours etc - let everyone know you're going for the Manager program - even if they don't want to join - maybe they can suggest some people they know who might be interested... Go back through all your lists of potential leads & let them know the same... offering an incentive to anyone who joins by the cut off date....
Have you gone back to your Manager/Team Leader for help also?? Perhaps they'll have some ideas (or know of some potentials who they might be able to put you onto??)

All my friends & family have either been partied out or they are consultants already!!!! I have so little to go but so far to go as well!!! so its hard to get anyone else to sign up and no one wants to refer for some reason.
I am going to do a home "pop n shop" next monday and invite some cold leads from a pamper basket.......hopefully that will generate some interest!!!
My manager doesnt have much in the way of advice except to ring the leads from an inshop pamper basket that we did and try and get a spa or facial out of them and go from there......
It just feels like there is so far to go and I feel like I have no one left to sponsor.
I would be stoked even if they joined up just to be home shoppers at this point!!!
Oh well I wont give up till midnight on the 30th!
