Hi Kirmie,
I have placed an ongoing post under tips and tricks called " Some Useful Tips". This may give you some ideas to help you get motivated.
Another thing you could try is - pull out your kit, shut the door and just play with it and fall in love with your products all over again.
Think about what attracted you to your pp company in the first place.
Would you book a party with you?
Take a look at your hostess coaching - are you making all the necessary contacts to ensure that you are continually building the relationship?I have a checklist I use for every hostess. If you would like a copy simply pm me your email address and I'd be happy to send you a copy.
The most important piece of adviceI can give you is to believe in yourself, believe in your products and and believe that it is the best plan out there for your hosts and customers.

I listen to motivational cd's and read motivational, party plan related books.
One of my favourite authors is Jan Ruhe and I really like listening to Jim Rohn.
