GRRRRRRRR it gets worse... it wasn't spraypaint - it was thinners!! So it's been eating the cars paint away!!
Lucky hubby was smart enough to get the car to one of those "self-car wash" places, so he could get the gurney onto the car - it stopped it from being worse, but there's no way out of that bill now... oh well... guess that's what insurance is for... but STILL!! arrrgghh!!
Ok... done venting now... thanx :)

Some people have no respect for ther people's property. Our home as we have a shopfront at the front of our place always gets srpay painted as we are so close to the road and they try to break our windows, its so damn annoying.

Gosh! I can't begin to imagine just how terrible that must be!!
My dad owned his own business (specialty bathrooms) - there was someone who'd drive by at night and shoot one of the windows (it was always the same window for some unknown reason - done with one of those pellet guns) - worst bit is that no-one would ever see it... so it kept going on for ages!
That's one thing - but when it's YOUR house as well... that's worse!! Soooo sorry to hear you're going through so much anguish here... I'm sure it's more than just a lil' annoying too!!
Can't believe that the world's become so bad, with people not respecting others' property like they use too!

Grrrrrrr!!!!!
I finished work this morning and walked to the car at 2.30am to find that someone had broken in and smashed the little window in the back door, damaged the front pasenger door so you cannot open it from the outside now and broken the inside light. It is sooo annoying as the car is sooo easy to break into anyhow... why break the window..... The thing that really annoys me is that it was parked in a very busy street with lots of light. They actually broke in and then wreaked the inside light, probably so that no-one would see them. They didn't even take anything, didn't even go through the glovebox. Another extra expense which I could have done without this close to Xmas.

Oh Joan..How terrible for you...and at 2.30am, fairly scary l would imagine...
Some people have too much time on their hands..no respect for other peoples' property - imagine the state of where they live.
What a nuisance and at this time of year a real hassle, added expense and a huge inconvenience...
So sorry to hear of you misfortune

While it might not be as expensive, I hate the people that destroy or steal the Christmas lights from people's gardens. It takes a lot of work and most do it for the delight of the kids.
I think it's the lowest of the low to steal and/or break the lights.
Yes, the power went off a week ago and of course a reindeer was stolen from the garden. We leave the lights on all night to prevent some of the theft/destruction. Occassionally we have turned the lights off late at night and hide to watch. It can only take seconds for people to jump the fence and start picking at them.
BUY your own !!! they aren't that expensive.
Still each year we do it again as nothing is as priceless as the sheer wonder on a child's face.
