Recruiting new team members is just as important as booking shows. The more you recruit the closer you are to a higher earning potential and more business options. Do not let recruiting scare you, because it can be done .

If someone sees that you truly enjoy yourself at your shows, she is more likely to ask questions about the business...than if you push the idea too much.

No body likes a "pushy" sales person...so have fun and be yourself...
