After a couple of enquiries - we have decided to make it a family friendly affair.  Seeing as that is what a lot of ppers are about - working around our families.  And lots of time hubbies stay home with the kids while mum goes and parties.  So kids welcome too. 

re:  CLUB rules - children are welcome as long as they are supervised until 10.  They must also be supervised on the dance floor.

This is me at the moment.  When we suggested going on a 'cruise' type boat for XMAS - we got ALL these negative responses under the sun, no can't afford it, don't eat seafood, don't drink waste of money, blah blah blah - so we have changed the venue/price range to suit most people (surely) and we have had 3 responses.  Is there ANY wonder a person does start to get CRANKY & NEGATIVE within their posts.  I mean really, I only suggested a nice night out because we have a great group of people on here and I don't acutally have any loyalties to the site. 

  Any more replies - you know how to get in touch, I need to at least book a table and need a 'rough' idea of potential numbers.

Sorry Julie, havent been on here for several days so have only just read this post - I am keen to come along for sure!! Make a spot for me and hubby - will hopefully get Mum to look after the kids for the night so we can have a night out!!

Sorry guys - haven't been on for a while but wouldn't have been able to come anyway - my husbands work Xmas party on that night. Perhaps a morning tea before school breaks up would be better?? Does anyone agree?
