How to turn "Maybe's" into YES'S

Hmm what about calling/visiting each and saying something like:

"I know you've been thinking about having a Story Felt party, well I've just been challenged to book 8 parties in 24 hours!!!  To meet that challenge, I'm offering anyone who books a party with me today a free XXX to thank them for helping me reach this goal!"

-or-

"I know you've been thinking about having a Story Felt party, I've just had some new dates and times become available and thought I would offer them to you first"

-or-

"With Christmas coming up so quickly, I thought I would just give you a quick call to see if you'd like to book a Story Felt party with me to make sure I can book you in early enough to ensure your goodies arrive in time to be included in the kids' Christmas stockings!"

or something to that effect LOL

No really, I would probably just give them a couple of dates I had available and ask them which one they would prefer (not in an email though, I would ask them over the phone or in person). If they picked a date.  I would probably say to them "Thank you ! I was really wanting to do a party for you.  You won't regret it, all you need to do is invite your guests, supply some drinks and a tub of icecream for one of our dessert sauces and I'll do the rest. People love tasting new food and they'll have a great time ".

If you find out what item they would love the most from your PP range, then you can hostess coach them into ways they can get it for free.  This would encourage them to be more inclined to say YES. Perhaps they think it is too hard to have a successful party, encourage them to get outside orders and explain how easy it is etc. If you guide them and give them reasons there is usually more chance.
