I love this industry and adore my company and customers, and always encourage and support others, so why dont others do the same???
It is sooo frustrating, I put it down to training, I train my team to be the same as I am and train them to train others the same way!! Thanks to a few big egos and unprofessional attitudes, the cycle continues!!!!!!!!!!!
