Hi Everyone
Just wanted to share my excitement of receiving my first bonus override cheque from Arbonne (only started in July). It's not huge, but it's a start!!! I have never actually made it to an override level in another company before - have only ever made the commission on sales - so that is why I am sooooooooo excited about such a small thing!!

Congratulations. You go for it girl. All big things start from small things. That big fat bonus cheque wont come in the mail over night, that takes time but you will get there.
The CEO of our company has a saying that goes something like "A little of the ordinary everyday turns into the extraordinary in the future"
I belive there to be a lot of truth in that saying.

HI I am so proud of you. That is fantastic. Bonus cheques are the best and keep building your team.....

First of all Congrats!
Secondly, what is an override cheque? I realise it must be a bonus, but what for?
SouthernJoe replied:
... Well done.
If the system works for you ..... the size of those 1st cheques don't matter.
I remember one of the biggest distributors in Amway had a photocopy of his 1st month's cheque. It was like $8.64 or something minute. everyone laughed at him. But then ,..... 6 months later he had a bonus cheque for $2500 .. a yr or so later he retired on a part time $150k pa income... he would now be a multi millionaire many times over. He lives on Bribie Island 2 doors down from Grant & Lisa Kenny( with a house twice the size). In the late 90s I saw floor plans for this house. It had about 10 bedrooms( all with full ensuite) ... & ELEVATORS between floors!!!

Thanks again everyone.
Jazzy Jess - an override cheq is a bonus for the volume of sales your team has written under you.
Southern Joe - I know exactly what you mean - we had an Arbonne consultant in the US speaking here, her first cheque was $7 or something - last year she made over $1million - (it has taken 10years - but hey - if I work my job for 10 years they wont start paying me $1million a year!!).
The support here is lovely - thank you everyone.
