Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with Guests talking over you?  I tend to just go quiet and let them have a waffle but it drags out the length of the party and them I seem like I am there forever.  Your tips would be greatly appreciated.

Yes i still trying to figure this one out myself it can be really annoying I had a party yesterday and lady was asking why tupperware doesn't replace things she has dropped and that they should change that rule coz she is always dropping things lol!!!  Now what do you say to that ummmm try to be more careful lol!!

You could tell your guest to just drop things more carefully so that her tupperware splits and doesn't shatter!!  LOL  Anyway,  I just found the left right game in another thread so I am going to give it a go tommorow.  I wouldn't suggest playing it with your guest tho she will probably just drop the prize.  LOL again

To what a heart,

Always try and be in control of your party. If the guests see that you are not in control they will run the show.

A little trick that I use is I will get the Hostess to the front and get her to say my 2 minute speech on the company. The guests will definitely listen to the Hostess. They will not be rude to her and they will not talk over her.

Then I will quickly say the last 2 minutes of the speech and voila it is all done.

They are now ready to shop and then I can approach them one by one.

kindest regards
