I'll visit the intro forum & give our full story when I have a few mins.. but just briefly ..

We started our biz in February. We borrowed quite a bit & by about April / May still didn't have anything to show for it. I thought I'd hafta get part time work & go on the dreaded Dole(Newstart). After some kicking & prodding I found out about NEIS( New Enterprise Incentive Scheme).

My wife & I did a 9 week course that gave us a Cert IV qual. in Small Biz Management, & we get an allowance every fortnight that doesn't decrease if we have big earnings( unlike NewStart).

We have learnt so much about Small Biz, & we even have a mentor we keep in contact with once a month.
