I think you may of answered that in your general post...............but here are some reasons
It's that time of the year..........
People (on this website for a start) have their own businesses to run/support............
Saturation - a little bit really does go a long way............
Best of luck with your endeavour, if you are putting as much energy to getting your parties in person as you are online, then no doubt they will start flying in soon!!

I am inviting anyone and everyone. Shop owners, dads clients, baby shop owners, people online, all the parents at my sons daycare. The effort seems to be a little fruitless though.

First start with a handful of your own friends.
And who decided to value the facial experience it's a booking ploy, and most people know it's not just about a freebie and you wouldn't want to market it as such - as they will come get their free facial and disappear.
Then try a handful of women in your street?
Mothers from school / playgroup / daycare / swimming etc?
Just say "Hi, i've recently joined Nutrimetics and I will be hosting a free facial spa on ... of ... @ ... o clock.
