What time do you schedule your parties?

What time you start really depends on how many parties you want to be doing in a week.

what I do on a saturday is 10.30am, 1pm and 4pm, sometimes but very rarely will i do a 7pm on saturdays

On a Sunday I offer 3pm and that is it.  If there was a special reason why my hostess is asking for sun morning/evening I would consider it, but on my diary I only offer 3pm. Saturdays I offer 10am, 1pm, 4pm & 7pm.

I have been working a lot of weekends as I have no babysitter here, other that hubby! I book Sundays 10am, 2pm and 7:30pm same for saturdays. Weekdays only 7:30pm 5 days.

I book whenever the host wants to have the party. Earliest start has been 9.30am, latest 7.30pm. I do all days/nights of the week. Though most of my bookings are for weekends or wednesday nights.

I would book an early or late one... say like a 10.30 party and then a 3 - 4pm party, so u can atleast fit in two!

Yeah I agree with Kay to try and at least have the option of scheduling two parties in case the situation arises...

I think thats a really good question to ask actually.

I remember when I first started with FAC & after ringing a few people to hold my first few shows, it occured to me that I had to figure out a schedule for myself.  The reason being because I wanted to fit in as many shows in one day as possible, plus due to having friends on the Central Coast as well as in Sydney, I had to accomodate for travelling in between shows.

I decided to work as many as 7 days if needed (just til I got my biz the way I wanted it) & the hours I have set are 10am, 3pm & 7pm.   Its also good too cos' when Im booking a show, I ask them which time they would prefer to hold their show, 10am 3pm or 7pm?  This way it doesn't leave too much time for thinking & the umming & arrring.

I believe that its my business & I should be able to set the times that I want to work.

Of course there is the occasional hostess that needs it to be 7.30pm or something, which

normally works out fine, however I am in control of my diary & I want my business to work with me...not against me.

I have fit in 2 in a day,they have to be 3pm,7pm plus yes it can be done just remember you cant hang around too long at your 1st party and you must make a wide berth for Packing up setting up and travel time.Not to mention the most important thing.....ORDERING TIME at the 1st party
