Ok, I'm going to start 3 topics to get the ball rolling :) please everyone contribute so we can get the forums rolling like they used to :)

What is it?? Please tell! And also copy and paste just the username and tool of the posters before you eg camsmum - diary so that the last post will have a list of the important tools on it :)

So my most important tool is my diary. I am indebted forever to whoever told me to buy a professional looking financial year diary - I write party, payment and delivery dates in it, notes to chase up people, to do lists, important numbers - everything in it. I am completely lost without it and carry it EVERYWHERE.

No matter where I go I always have product samples in my bag whether it be an atomiser filled with the perfum I'm wearing, vials of perfume to give away, hand cream from the skincare range etc.

Also agree with Lauren you're diary should be like your best friend!
