I'm so sorry you are going through this terrible time. One little bit of advice - keep a diary or journal and write down everything that happens. It's about the only thing that will hold water from a legal point of view - short of videos.
And see a solicitor - if you can't afford one, apply for legal aid.

Really Sorry to hear you are having such a tough time. You would be surprised just how many people out there suffer in silence. I am glad you could talk out about it and I hope in some small way it hopes to know there are people out here who care.
