Hi Guys,
I am wanting to organise an event for WA Party Planners.
I am wanting to do a show with different party plans to raise funds for Diabetes WA.
I am planning on having this event in November (closer to the end) which is not far away. That way you might be able to get some Chistmas sales and last minute bookings for Christmas.
The cost will be dependant on the following points-
* Provide your own table and chairs
* Where you want the venue to be
* Cost of hiring the venue
* How many people are booked and coming
* If you want to be able to provide a small demonstration
* Food & Drinks available.
* Must be willing to help hand out invitations and flyers in your local area.
* Advertising in the Paper
* Insurance will be upto the individual (not me)
What ideas would you like to give me. If you would like to travel from other states to be able to make this that would be great you are always welcome, even if you have a member from your team that is in WA and you think might like to attend. Great the more the merrier.
Now this will be for your benefit and it will only work if I have committed people willing to help. I am willing to through in a committment of 150% and would like others to do the same.
What do you think?
I will be getting things ready to email out so let me know, I would like a full month to organise this event so I will close it on the 14th October for getting ideas.

I am in Karratha, so its a bit hard for me to get down there, assuming it is Perth, but if you have any ideas on how I can help, let me know. (maybe fundraising via a catalogue party? - will see if this is possible)??

I am advertising this on a few boards so the good ole' saying "Best in best Dressed" comes to mind
I am wanting to see what ideas everyone would like, so I have come up with a questionnaire to help with that, if you would like it then let me know I would also be happy with some helpers in finding things for donations, getting other PP to the event, as I am not that good on the complete list of party plans :) lol
I am going off alot of the material I had for organising a huge one with 31 pp there no exact double ups but there were teething problems, hence why I am asking for help :)

I have decided to do this next year, on the National Diabetes Day 2008 after discussing it with a member of Diabetes WA :) .
I am looking for helpers, I have been in discussion with Diabetes WA and have filled out and sent to the fundraising division.
So who out of WA (Perth) would like to be on the committee? It will be entirely voluntary of course.
