Big target I know, but all I need is 2 more girls and I've achieved the manager part, then all I have to do is motivate my girls to achieve the sales target.

To achieve this target I am aiming at holding at least 10 interviews in the next 30 days, and to continue to hold 2 - 3 interviews per week after that.
