(I have been "lurking" on here for a week or so.)

My name is Vaughnn, and my lovely wife and I currently make and sell natural soy wax candles.

She has done several party plans in the past, and the most recent was an educational toys one.  Tracey is a very crafty person, and stumbled (quite accidentally) on to soy wax candles.  She found she loved making these candles, and our 3yo daughter also liked helping.
My perspective (of course) was a little different.  Here was a new craft, and this one may be more long term, and she actually may sell some of these - at least this one she enjoyed!!.

Well that is recent history now, as in a very short time, after doing a handful of market displays, a few classes, and going to a couple of conferences - our growing business, is very healthy.  We have reached the companies first Leadership level (after two months, of working our business), and this month will definitely advance a further level.

There are a few soy candle people here I noticed, and my interest is really to find out techniques, tips, etc, for doing Party Plan, and organising events (not just for soy candles) - learning this from people who seem to be doing it for some time, and for various different companies.
