Hi everyone.
Last night I was helping one of my new Jewellers with a fundraiser. I had the chance to walk around. A lot of the consultants just sat there and did not say anything and of course I just went from stall to stall. I mean I do not really need anything to buy.. I have heaps of perfumes, makeup etc and nothing really caught my eye.
I went to one stall just browsing. ( just to browse) !!!!! She had ornaments , crystals and had she not approached me I would have walked off.. ( none the wiser)
This is what happened.....
The lady was standing there and said "pick a card"
I chose a card and it was about friendship ( really nice). She said I can keep it. I said " what is it that you do"
she said " we help create Happiness. Prosperity and Well Being for everyone. We explain the flow of energy within a home and placements of products for prospertity"
She made the effort to approach me in a nice way unlike the other stall holders.offering a sweetner (the card) was a good move.. Something noone else had.
If she did not offer me a sweetner I would have walked off..
Of course by now I was inquistive and saw a nice crystal hanging and asked her " where would you put that" also trying to be friendly and making conversation. I mean i got something for free,. i could not just walk off now could I.
She said "in the prosperity corner." I said " how do i know which is the prosperity corner" This is why you have a party to find out"
without thinking i said " ok book me in"
We are moving into our new home sometime in the next 6 months and this will be perfect.. My sister in law in heavily into fengshui and she has been educating me about this.It is a fun topic.
So i made a tentative booking and then she gave me a gorgeous teddy bear boxed up.. I was so happy with her service and yes " she got me"
I was not looking at booking a party or anything. I was happy browsing.. I surprised myself..
she did an excellent job....
I am so looking forward to the party.. I am very excited....

Wow she also has something unique to offer - have fun Marina and let us all know how it goes. It sounds very interesting to say the least!!! & great timing with the big move coming up and all...

Hi Marina. you'll have a fantastic time. Feng shui parties are great and I use to have them all the time. Now we've moved and there isn't anyone down here that does them but I do haunt one of the shops but it's just not the same! Expect your business to flourish as well.
