Good on you Aussie mum!
One I found fantastic when I was first starting out was "Let's Party" by Jan Ruhe, though anything by her is brilliant!

I love LET"S PARTY and often post in hints and tips little bits and pieces from this book. It is very basic and fun to read. It's just a good one to have on the shelf.
Actually I kind of have a library of books, including Party your Way to Prosperity. The Complete Idiots Guide to Party Plan and other numerous marketing books.
Its good to have them there just to refresh or find the right words from occassionally.

Hi FeralsX3,
I have sent you a PM, but I forgot to ask, when you say that you are going to join on Wed, do you mean that you are going to the Catalogue Launch? If so, I will see you there. Perhaps we ought to meet up, I will identify you by the red rose in your label!

The Lemon Aid lady is good too - Christie Northrup. Do a search on her and you'll find it. You can also register for her newsletter which has lots of hints and tips. Ask your upline too - they may have books you can borrow. I keep a stocked library for all of my girls!
