Personally I call every guest/hostess that has purchased. I do this for a number of reasons - firstly each is potentially a future hostess, consultant, even just reorder; secondly i want to be 100% certain they are satisfied with their purchases (never had to return anything yet); thirdly I like to go that extra mile and do what they expect people not to do - no one from myers/dj's or somewhere like that is going to call and ask are you happy with your products, do you have any questions etc.

But again thats just me.

Do you have a set script that you follow when you go about following up your customers/potential hostesses? Any suggestions on how to turn that follow up call into a sale or a party booking??

Hi Ren,

I'll email you a copy of the script I've been using this month. It changes often depending on anypromtions i'm running personally and and that the company has on as well.

Ok Ladies I will email a copy to each of you. Please remember though that this is tailored specifically to my business so you will need to adapt to suit but I hope that it gives you some ideas!

REMEMBER: it is tailored to my business so you will need to change parts. Add your  personality and always smile when making that call because believe it or not they can tell!

Thank You Kelly - I love it!! I'm going to use it on Thursday - along with the 100 No's game (this can be used by any company)! I'm going to contact every one of the Customers on my list and see how many "NO's" I can get (and just how many of them are "Yeses" hehehehe)
