As I am now up to that, I am finding it hard to come up with new ways of teaching something, and the techniques used to present it. Is there any books anyone could recommend? Hi Simone,
When a friend and I do meetings we pick a topic we did at conference.. and present that.. then we ask the others who are going what woould they like to learn.. a lot of it is repetiative but it is giving results.. I also know of someone else who does brain storming meetings.. pick a topic and see how many ideas come from everyone...
We also do our recognition and anything that may have come across from headoffice..
takes about 1-2 hours max... always fun ...

Thanks for that! I guess a lot of it is repetitive, there is only so many ways to present info on recruiting/bookings/sales...
