Hi Michelle,
I'm probably not the ideal person to give you advice on your E-party as I have never done one myself (yet!) - and infact last Friday nights UCW E-party was the first I had ever been too.
But I must say the way Mel from UCW recently did hers was fantastic. She told everyone what time, day etc it was going to be on (last Friday night) and then she invited us all in to the chat room then. Mel introduced herself and really just conducted the Eparty like any other party - playing games with us, telling us about special offers, the products etc. etc. We were all able to bring up the UCW online catalogue and browse through it while we were altogether in the chat room. This gave us the chance to ask questions, etc, and either PM or email Mel our orders. Mel even had a Mystery Hostess - which was announced at the end of the party. The lucky winner - Rachel from Saucy Fish - was then able to reap all of the Hostess Benefits!!
The night was lots of fun - and Mel did an excellent job. So perhaps next time with your E-party you could hold it in the chat room and do very similar to what Mel achieved.
Good Luck Michelle; Kath

Yes, as I think I mentioned earlier in another post.. the live chat was the key to making the e-party work well.
For example: As a game, UCW_Mel would ask quiz questions like...
- In the online catalogue, what colours does "item xxxx" come in?
and everyone would race to find it and post their answers. Then there were questions like..
- Who was cool motorbike rider in Happy Days?
etc etc. People got points for correct answers. Person with the most points won a prize also.
(Who was that winner again? oh yeah.. me!)
