Hi We reward our hostesses in this way. For letting us through the door they get a $70 piece of gorgeous jewellery. Just like that.! This gift changes every month. Could be a bracelet, necklace. For January and september we give them a designer watch valued at $120. Again this is for just letting us in the door. It is not dependant on sales or bookings. for sales b/w 149 - 300 -  1 item half price for sales b/w 300- 499 - 2 items half price for sales b/w 500-799- 3 items half price for sales b/w 800- 999 - 4 items half price for sales over  $1000  - 5 items half price. when there is 1 booking received  hostess will receive 10%  of show sales in free jewellery when there is 2 bookings  hostess will receive 15% of show sales in free jewellery. so for eg on saturday my hostess received $458 worth of jewellery for $145 ( 8 pieces of jewellery). My average sales are about $700 per party- we work on 50% commission. My last 2 shows the sales were $839, the other one wa $746 hope this has helped. Kindest regards marina

Hi There!

Our Hostesses receive 15% credit to spend on sales of $150-$399, then from $400 up they get 20% credit. They don't have to get any bookings to receive this, and they don't have to spend any money, which I think is a great booking incentive. If they reach $400 in sales and get 1 booking they are also entitled to 3 different specials which are half price or less. On top of that, we also have exclusive gifts for two bookings or more. Lastly, for every $400 in sales they can choose 1 item at 30% off - anything out of the current catalogues. I think our hostess program is extremely generous and have many comments from hostesses about it.

Lastly, our national party average is around $540, but I think mine is probably closer to about $700-$800. Often have parties over $1000 in sales.

when sales reach $300 with 3 buying guests they receive $50 for free and 1 half price item, they receive an extra half price item for every booking they get at their party and their benefits also go up depending  on sales.

the company average for a party is $500 and 2 bookings, my personal average per party would be anywhere between $750 and $800

Our hostess gift (at the moment) is Ambrosia Essence, worth $90. Hostess gets it regardless of how many people attend the party or how much money they spend!
