It is  funny that the biggest changes in our lives are most likely to occur when we are feeling confused, stressed, disheartened or unhappy. This is because at that time we are looking for an alternative or a solution, because we are asking for help, we automatically become receptive, and we open our minds to other possibilities. It is then, that we also question the actions and beliefs that have got us into this predicament. Most people when they have mastered the previous ideas, find that they are then prepared to look deeper into what makes us happy, and also if there is an alternative way that is less stressful. .
