Hi - here is an interesting question...
Do you do more than one type of party plan??
If so, what is the reason you do more than one??
Wouldn't you be better financially and time wise to just focus energy on one distributorship??

It takes alot of energy to do one party plan. Especially when you get up into things. I'm a Director now and with 35 ladies under me I feel like I'm always on the phone. And when new products come out, Christmas, Promotion ect its alot of work keeping them upto date and taking care of your own customers.
I've just joined Ozy Kids. 2 reasons. Get kids clothing cheaper for myself. and When I do bridal expo's, they will be perfect together. Baby things, perfect together. Its a nice little add on that I wont be putting too much effort into, but it will ( hopefully ) bring the people over to buy my scrapbooking stuff
I like any company that is flexable, alot are NOT. And thats just not going to work for alot of people. Sure they are multi million dollar companies, but they wont have this little black duck working for them. I like the fact that the two I'm into allow me to do what I like, within reason, when I like. No sales targets, if something happens this month I just need to maintain what I'm doing, no targets to push to reach.
Plus I really love the two products the companies put out. That always helps.

Hi,
I am a consultant for 2 party plan companies. I've been with Horny Little Devils for 2 1/2 years and i have so much fun doing those parties and enjoy working for such a fantastic company Cheryl not only runs head office but she also really takes care of her consultants and has become an amazing inspiration and friend. I also joined a candle party plan company a few months ago I joined because I really love the product and have been addicted to buying these candles for the past 3 years and i want to introduce these candles to everyone because i believe they are the best candles you can buy...........also it doesn't cost anything to join so i thought i'd try it out........it took a little juggling around but i'm handling it quite well as long as I don't take the wrong kit to a party then it will work just fine for me.

I'm a PL consultant first and formost - that's my business. But I am also a CM consultant so I can buy my scrapping products at wholesale prices. I have a few friends who buy off me so that keeps me active, but I don't do classes or anything like that. I am also an IBO with Amway, and again, this is basically so I can buy all their products, and make a little cash at the same time. They have pretty much everything so I barely even need to go shopping now!! It's all about getting the bargains! I don't do parties with their products either (they have a few you can do PP with) - but I do earn cash back based on what everyone under me buys. It's great - kind of like a rewards club. Anyway, I guess I'm just trying to say that even though I'm "in" several companies, I really only work one as a business.

Hi,
I am with only one party plan company, and that is all I would ever do.
For me this is not a hobby and it is a full on business. I dedicate all my time and energy into this and it is paying big dividends. If i did multiple companies then I know I could not devote the same amount of time and energy.
I do not need income from a second business and I think it would be a conflict of interest for me anyway, unless I wanted to join a party plan just to get the cheaper products for myself.
I am signed up under avon, but have no time to even place an order, and I know I would never show my avon catalogue to my jewellery clients as that would be taking money away from my jewellery shows which earn me 50% commission. Also I have no time to do the deliveries for avon.
If someone is doing avon email me as I want to order something.
