Hi everyone, I had a great couple of weeks this month, with lots of business to attend to.

With new team mates signed up and new training to see to, I didn't know when I would have a free minute to myself.  How important is the follow up?!  answer extremely important!

I use to be so shy of the telephone when it came to picking it up to book parties, business meetings, or follow ups! NOT ANYMORE!

I would love to know how many of you get fflutterbies when it comes to contacting and how do you overcome it?

I have learnt to contact with in 48 hours to 72 hours.  If for some reason I know it will take me longer to get to contact these people, I send them a courtesy letter letting them know I will be contacting them shortly and this always works for me.

So after a very busy 3 days I got to my phone calling today, with sick kids at home and doctors appointments in between, and still managed to fill my diary for the next 2 weeks.

How about everyone else?
