1st - You are not brainless. You asked a question and that is the only way to learn something.
Next, yes that is exactly what a swap is, you swap your catalogues with other consultants from other companies. And a party swap is the same, you host a party for another consultant.
PS: Do use caution when party swapping. Some consultants do not go thru with their end of the bargain. You may host a great party for them and their company and then they make excuses not to hold your party. Just take care.
