I am getting an induction cooktop and wondered if the Bessemer cookware works with that? The renaware I've used for years won't so I need to replace quite a bit. I did get a free cookware set with my new cooktop but it is very basic and only small sizes.

Dear Julie. I believe Bessemer arre in the throes of making the cookware induction happy. If you can wait it will be worth it. in the meantime the Baking dishes are divine and last and last producing wonderful dishes.

It's quite a while since I asked this question. I've since worked out that my old renaware does in fact work work induction,b ut not bessemer. I've since bought some scanpan - only certain types work- and will look forward to and Bessemer updates. I've kept everything that can be used in an oven but all the stovetop stuff I gave away.
