I wish I was closer, we have nearly finished our new house and about to get new furniture. Starting from scratch is not as easy as it sounds.

I am not anywhere near Melbourne..or even Victoria, but on the south coast of WA. We've built a traditional house, not a modern one, so its been a battle all the way. It's almost Georgian style with wrought iron spiral staircase, stained glass feature windows, patterned cornice etc.

I too am based in Outer South East.....actually an easy 15 minutes drive from you lol we should catch up for coffee or tea...love my coffee
