I wonder... should I increase the PM quota... or just delete everything in there with no thought to consequence?  (or re-read every message 1 by 1 and determine if it is required)

Consequence , comseqmence  Just delete.  You know what they say, when you move, if you haven't used that stuff packed in a box for 6months, get rid of it.  WOW!!! I still have tupperware packed in boxes after my last move, and that was 12 months ago
