Welcome to this wonderful site. I would say you have just done a pretty good advertisement for your new company. I actually know of someone else that has recently joined the same company and have seen a catalogue. Yes you do have some lovely items. I guess we are all passionate though about our own PP's but i do wish you luck with yours, you seem to be off to a flying start well done.
As for recruiting there are other threads that allow you to go for your life so to speak :) So jump in there and post a message for recruits.

Wow 8 years in party plan... that is great... What party plan were you with before you swapped over?
In regards to recruiting tips and this is what party plan is predominantely about ( the passive income stream), I have posted some stuff in recruiting that might help.
99% of my team members have come from my jewellery shows/ parties. That is the important factor. Get your bookings, do the shows. have fun at your shows, talk about the business at your shows and if it is a great business and people like it they will come on board.
I tell them once and if they are interested for the future i put them on my mailing list and send them some magazines once a month, we call them glitters and I also invite our customers and hostesses once a month to our information nights.
That is it really..... Just enjoy what you do , have a great attitude about your business and it will all happen.

Congrats on finding your perfect business even if it's after 8 years! Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find it!
