Hi Everyone,
I am going to challenge everyone to get one new booking this week. It cannot be from a party however. you have to get out of your comfort zone and ask people.
This morning I emailed a lady called Val. She is an old friend from way back but we keep in touch by email. She promised me a show last March when I first started the business, then she cancelled, then i asked her to help me when i was going for the trip, but too busy.. I have emailed her today and see what she says.
I emailed a lady that i met at a show. she actually booked a show but things happened last year. My husband saw her 2 weeks ago and expressed interest again, so i have sent her an email this morning.
An old friend we saw a couple of months back also expressed interest in the jewellery so I need to get her phone number from my brothers and ask her.
I will let you know how I go.
Why do this..??? Get your self our of your comfort zone and work your business.
Sometimes all it takes is one new booking to get your business up and running completely.
If everyone is serious about booking then come on Girls lets do this and see how we all get the bookings.

Hi everyone,
Just an update on my new bookings. These shows are not from shows, but what I am trying to do is go that extra mile and get them from strangers or friends that have not had one.
So far Val a friend who promised last year but I never quite got around to her, booked a show for the 15th of July and then today a lady in the Chemist Sue booked a show for the 29th of July.
Our team has got the booking club this month and the challenge for this week was 3 new bookings, so I now need to get one more new booking. Will work on that tomorrow.

Our booking club is on tonight again. so will go in there and say I got 2 bookings from outside the parties and I got 3 bookings from Saturdays show.. I am happy with that.....
Some booking tips.
YOU CAN DO THIS. Write a list of people
Get on the phone. If you find it easier emailing then email everyone you know.
Do not be afraid to ask for help. Tell them you are doing booking club and you want to pass the course. Ask if they can help you.
Do not forget to go out for the day shopping specifically to get a booking from a stanger. If you have a goal you will achieve it.
It worked for me. I got a booking from the lady in the chemist who commented on my jewellery.
I emailed an old friend from last year who was giving me the run around. She booked a show for the 15th of july.

I am excited to say I got 4 party bookings booked in in the last week. All were not from parties!!

We also have our own Challenge - To Kick Start The New Finacial Year with A BANG - in our Saucy Fish Forum area! Those that are particpating (including Janine) are really getting into the spirit of things and from what I hear its WORKING!!!

Thanks "Mumma Fish". The challenge you have set us fishies is fantastic and is paying off with both of the companies represent.
2 Saucy Fish and 2 Story Felt parties booked over the last week plus it has given me the confidance to get out there and get public!! The rest of the year is looking great especially from the Story Felt side of my business. Also have booked in 3 market days and 2 school mums trade nights for Story Felt!! Plus another 2 school fundraiser events to get booked this week!!
It is exciting to see what you can do once you have the confidence!!

I have the 100 no's as well - cant remember where i got it from though (what a surpise! NOT)
As for the bookings - its been my main focus the last few days and its really paying. I booked 4 today

I haven't seen that sheet before, but have used the concept. I have trained before to my team that every no brings you closer to the next yes.
What a good idea making it into a game, will be using that, thanks!!
