MMM YUMMY!! Chocolates and liquers sounds heavenly. But would does your PP Company allow you to represent another company during their parties?
TAS replied:
DIDN'T MEAN AT THE SAME TIME.OTHER WISE THEY WOULDN'T SPEND UP AT BOTH.ONE AFTER THE OTHER IF NEEDED.

I'd check into it if I were you Tracy, some companies don't even allow their consultants to be representatives for more than one PP.
Why not just try booking in some more Flaschengeist parties to keep you busy and earn the extra income?

double up parties never work for me.............and I am not keen for consultants to be doing more than one or two (max.) plans at once. But liquers and um, what about toys!!! hehehe go together.

Having more than one PP has its positives and negatives:
major plus: You are increasing the chance of someone being interested in something you sell.
major minus: You are not 100% focussed (nor motivated enough) to promote an individual business.
Personally, I think 2 could actually work well.
(as they say - two's company...three's a crowd)
In the end, look after #1 (you). If you cannot earn enough with your current PP try something else. PP is a unique combination of product, passion, personality and pay! (Quote: Mr PP says PP requires PPPP)

You need to work out what your goals are first. If you want to be truly successful in party plan and succeed to the top level of sales and passive income then you will find THE ONE party plan that will do this for you.
If you want to perhaps just make a bit of extra income here and there then maybe go with the two partyplans..... It is entirely up to you how you want to do it, and that is the beauty of party plan. We all work at our own pace.
Our Party plan does not allow you to do any other party plan, even at a separate time. I agree with this 100%.
I know then that the girls and guys in my team are focussed and dedicated and they will grow THIS business and that in turn makes my business grow. We all have focus and dedication on the one thing. It also helps knowing that I am not wasting my resources helping someone who is perhaps more committed to the OTHER party plan.

One of the ladies in my team VERY successfully runs two pp's. During May she sold over $7000 in PartyLite and over $10,000 in her other PP! She finds that they often go in cycles, and if somebody is not interested in one, then they are often interested in the other. I think it works best though if you do two things that are completely different. You are then covering a much larger target market. I know my PP has no problem with their consultants doing another PP. I think once you get up into leadership levels though, it becomes a lot more difficult. I guess it depends on what your goals are. I am also a consultant with Creative Memories, but I don't work it as a PP - I basically do it to buy my own products and I have a group of friends who buy from me. There are a lot of different options!!

I am a consultant for 2 party plan companies and love it. While I joined 2 very new companies the sales potentials are huge. I also have my own online kids clothing business too.
I think it depends totally on your choice of products to how well you do. I have found that some love the jewellery and those who are not jewellery lovers love the Story Felt. At the moment I am doing fine juggling 2 companies but I have decided not to recruit with Saucy Fish as I can see Story Felt becoming very popular with a broader area for sales. I do not want my consutlants to feel I have left them in the lurch if I do not have the time to be a fulltime leader for them hince my decission not to recruit. (I know that mumma fish - Kath will look after my current recruits really well) Also Cheeky Chops Kids Clothes is my own business so I can go with the flow there but have high hopes for it later in the year and 2008!!. I am lucky that the 2 companies I have signed to do not push consultants for sales and parties bookings therefore it works for me.
Like others have said it is a matter of what suits you, works into your life and what you want out of your business/es. For those thinking of having to PP companies look into the the companies expections, sales requirements and do not take on more than you can handle. I know of some PP companies that require their consultants to do at least 3 to 4 parties a week on a on going basis therefore there is no way you could keep up with running to different party plans. But then there are others that you could easily do 2 and love it!!!
Cheers
Janine
PS - Tracey, chocolates and liqueurs sound just devine!!!!!!!!!!
