At conference we a re have a meet and greet Melbourne cup night... in July....

Have you tried spotlight, they might have combs with tulle and feathers etc for sale, last year I went into target and they had things for Melbourne up.
Or if you are creative, buy a comb, and some tulle and decoration and sew or even hot glue gun them to a comb, last year at one of our meetings our manager made a comb for melbourne cup day.

I bought my Melbourne cup hat from Kleins and they are not too expensive. That was in 2003 and still have it.
