Hi Everyone!!
Having recently promoted as a Unit Leader, I am interested in finding out from other leaders what type of things they do at their Unit Meetings? How would a typical meeting run? What sort of recognition do you do? How about challenges for your team? Any help would be greatly appreciated? My unit leader (who has now resigned from the company) ran a fairly basic meeting - recognition, ran through current promotions, etc, but just interested to know what other do! Thanks in anticipation.

I have to say up front that my team meetings are possibly a little different to most peoples.
I tend to start with a recognition session, then we will cover something from the training manual or a topic we chose at the last meeting, eg hostess coaching, advertising ideas, the usual business stuff.
Once all that is done we PLAY..... being a scrapbooking/card making/crafty PP when the team get together we play with our products and start creating. I ask the team to complete a card making or scrapbooking challenge each time to bring with them to the meeting and we do show and tell with what we create. This gives us loads of ideas on how to use our products and really gets the creative juices flowing.
We will then create a project together learning new techniques and finding out how to use various products.
I also like to present the team with any new Workshops that have been released by Crafty Kids so often a team meeting will be done just as I would do a customer workshop.
Not sure if this helps you though.
