Plus my biggest reward is watching my sponsor grow with her own business and qualifying...

Each company is so different. No matter what though it needs to be benificial for the consultant tom bring people on board, but also needs to be good for the company too. I like the idea of points plus % as this is affordable for most companies. A FREE thing here and there though when a special milestone is reached is also a good incentive for recruitment.

Well tigerlily......my bonus cheque for the month of May arrived a few days ago...and the bonus cheque l received is a great bonus and incentive for building my team.....
But l am sure each co is different.

With Nutrimetics we get a % for every consultant that joins our team. We also recieve free gifts and kit builders (depending on how many consultants you have the rewards get better)

When your team reaches  your monthly target you will elevate your position and the rewards are even greater!!! The greatest rewards we get for building a team are a fully paid holiday overseas for you and your hubby (this year it's hawaii next year might be dubai) and a company car that gets replaced every 3 years!!

Ours is: We receive a % of sales as well as a gift from the company as a thank you for having a new consultant join. The gifts change every month - sometimes a limited edition fragrance, jewellery, bags etc
