January this year I had a jewellery show. there were 8 ladies but it was hard to get bookings.
so i rebooked the hostess for septemeber and then went around asking again. All no;s.
it was a really really good show and i knew if i did not get another booking the hostess would miss out on a lot of free jewellery.
so i went again to a lady that just stood out from the crowd,. Loved the jewellery, was so sweet and friendly. I asked her why she does not want one.
she said she is moving house, no time, and no one ever turns up.
I said to her it does not have to be anytime soon. She said is june ok. ( that was 6 months away).
I said that will be fine and i am happy with 3- 4 ladies if that suits you better. It does not have to be big.
anyway her party was on Saturday and she was the most fabulous hostess. I normally stay 2 hours, but ended up 3 hours.
all 10 ladies purchased, they ate, and purchased some more. I got 2 new bookings so easily and had the best time. She made all this food and ( my diet starts tomorrow!) and it was nice.
I had the best time and walked away with $400 for 3 hours work.
Somewhere down the track she will join the business. I guarantee it. She is made for the business.
My husband did a show on his own that day as well, so it worked out to $600 income combined.

AGAIN THIS IS THE POWER OF PARTY PLAN. INCOME IS THERE IF YOU WANT IT.
NO ONE SHOULD BE STRUGGLING FOR MONEY.
YOU HAVE A TOOL- PARTY PLAN SO GO OUT THERE PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS AND GET THE BOOKINGS.

I completely agree with you - the income is there GO GET IT!!
$400 for 3 hours! Thats just of $130 and hour, there aren't too many jobs you can earn that in - legally anyway!

I had a fantastic day today.
My hostess booked todays workshop at her Make and Take demo four weeks ago.
We had five guests, sales were great and at the end of the workshop I had three more bookings for workshops.
One is my host again, one will be a double banger with a kids workshop first followed by a second workshop for the adults and the third will help raise fund for a Relay for Life event.
I just love days like today. I got to make cards, chat and have fun as well as earn an income. What's more I did it all without leaving home!
