Just wanted to ask for suggestions on what some of u may be using to keep a record of your customers EG: database record
Does anyone have any specific program (or any other ideas/suggestions that u may have in place that u can pass on to me) that they might be using on there computers to keep a record of there customer data base

I use a box i bought from the $2 and have a-z cards in it and have system cards with all the customers details. I also put on each card where i met them. Another good idea to go along with that is to also maybe put on the back of the card what they have previously ordered so you know when they ring again if they need anything else that may go with what they have purchased already. That way it makes you look more professional and makes them feel special that you have remembered what they ordered. That in turn should increase your future sales.
