Hello,
I know that this is going to sound like a silly question but how do E Parties work? Is it through a chat room or something?

Hi there,
No question is a silly question:) How E-Parties work is that you advertise them in advance and get requests from people that wish to attend so you can post them out your current catalogue or if you dont have a catalogue send them the link to view it online if there is one.
Then you create your own online chat room for the e party and as people arrive you welcome them etc - once you have allowed a little time for late comers, you can get things underway. You might want to start off with telling people a bit about your company and how it started etc and then move on to what products are available. You can also play games throught the night and award auction dollars that can be collected over the night and then have an item that they can bid against at the end and win. Best eparty is the one that moves swiftly and isnt too long and drawn out as people get bored if too many details are gone into. From here you advise people how they can order and the cut off date for payment. This is up to you but most people usually allow 1 - 2 weeks after the party. Its then up to you whether your company delivers to your customers or you send them, make sure you mention how much postage or if you will be covering it.
On this particular site we have a schedule drawn up as there are so many of us wanting to have them - so see the events forum for the next eparty and come along and join in the fun. Thats possibly the best way for you to really understand how they work :)
Hope this has been of some help to you.
Cheers

Hello Sharon,
Thank you so much for explaining what an E party is - as you said the best thing for me is to attend one and see what it is all about.
Thanks Again - Very Much Appreciated!
