just have to get this off my chest, I have a customer on the south side of Brissy, she is a right royal pain in the you know what. she rang me on Tuesday and said she was going to be sick on Sunday, go figur that one out, she has a cold not chicken poks or anything and unless you are seriously unlucky they are usually gone in a couple of days.
then she partied with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago as I couldn't do the party, and demanded that she get a particular hostess gift, so we pulled some strings and got it for her and now she is demanding that we give her another three containers as the new hostess gift has nine containers not 6 never mind that they are the same dollar value or that two of the containers are larger than the new set.
seriously this would have to be the customer from hell.
no idea what to do with this one but I know I am not giving her anymore containers she got what she asked for why should I be out of pocket.
sorry just had to vent that one, it's been bugging me for a few days

Yep, they can be, have met a few myself. The customer can only be right SO many times!! Go read my post in tips, SW SW SW SW. There will be someone else who will replace this customer for you.

Be strict... tell her okay... but only if she has 15 buying customers at her party otherwise it is not worth your while... and hostess gifts are only what are availabe... unless she doubles her 15 and then you will split her party into two so that she can get it twice but it does mean that both parties have to be over the $400.00 or what ever your qualifying target is...
have fun stops some annoying customers doing this...
