No, that is a lie. I have this blasted FLU that is knocking everyone down in brisbane like flies. It's a shocker. Aching bones, nose that never stops running and cough to boot.

Ok I've whinged enough now - - - -- hehehe.

Spent all day at shops looking for birthday presents for my child.

Cleaned more cleaning and now the kids are in bed and I am setting in for a night infront of the box.

I'm late in replying to this post but I wanted to tell you all I had a great day.  I had a party and although I didn't sell heaps, I got 4 bookings which breaks me away from my local area.  I have been a demonstrator for 6 weeks and this will really help me to get out of town and into the big smoke.  I'm Happy Happy Happy.  Hope you are all enjoying you Sunday evening where ever you may be.  Good Night.   Julie

I just had my knee operated on yesterday............think the painkillers have kicked in...and l'm bored already....what is with that......when you can rest you can't and when your dying for a lie down the opportunity never arises - it is weird...
Well l shall lie down and start reading "the secret"....(havent had time before..my 8 year old daughter gave it to me for mothers day)..

I cant wait to get back into my business...l'm meant to have a month off..but shall see how quickly l recover....meanwhile it will give me time to make all those phone calls...and book July out......

Kathy enjoy the down time, you know it won't last long. My son has shared his flu, same headaches, cough and aching bones, no runny nose yet lol, just waiting for it. Having a quite day at home here talking to you lovely ladies. Busy with parties on weekend, just as well gives me time to get over this flu.

Kathy, I had my knee done last year and was exactly the same.  Grrr, couldn't sit still to watch anything, had to be folding, writing, planning, something!!!  I just couldn't do it.  But today, when I have mountains of work to do, I have to keep saying, no to the nice warm bed!!!  (It's raining, and who doesn't love to lie in bed when it's wet outside!!)

As for what I am doing today, grrr, so much work both business and house!!! Zammy is coming to my house tomorrow for a UCW party!!!  Yippee !!

Today I had to have a CAT scan.  In two weeks time I have to have an EEG done as well.  All this because of of my bad headaches+dizzy spells and also my sister had a brain tumour and want to make sure it isnt happening to me.  Arm is hurting from where they injected the dye so that they could get a proper look at things.  And yes, I have already copped all the jokes from family.  I do have a brain for them to scan!

Ohhhh Lani... I feel for ya... I had to go thru all the same things (if they don't pick anything up on your CAT scan, they'll do an MRI on you next...) - mine is an ongoing thing and although the specialist visits had stopped earlier this year, my GP is thinking about sending me back as the headaches/dizziness still hasn't been resolved... and they couldn't find any tumours or blood clots (as they originally thought might be the case... that or MS... hope I'm cleared for that too!!) Great to see you've still got your sense of humour there too missy!!! :)
