I call 5 of these old leads every day, to keep in touch and see if there's anything I can do for them at that point in time.
Just because someone didn't want a party last year, doesn't mean that their circumstances haven't changed and they may be interested now.
It's also great customer service to keep in contact with guests and hostesses, I don't know how many customers I have that used to have a consultant that just didn't keep in contact with them.

That is a great idea. All my hostesses are kept in a folder and i was starting to do a ring around to all the ones who had parties at the beginning to see if i could help them with anything. No one was in need of new toys at that time, but i was able to remind them of the new cat. in August (not know though.) and to see if they wanted me to contact them again then. All said yes. Its a great idea to do ring arounds, even if its just to say HI.

Hi girls,
I keep a box with system cards in it and write all my contacts on that. And on the back i will put whether they have had or are interested in a party, whether they ordered or if they are interested in being on my mailing list. At least that way you always have their details for future reference, especially if you decide to do a promotional party or mystery party at your house you have all your contacts there to send invitations.
