I emailed them a week ago, and still no responce from them except for the "auto respond" to confirm that they received my email.
Our pp website is already so far delayed and I am really needing to find a good hosting provider ASAP.
We need one that provides free phone support for problems. I cannot believe how unreliable the company we are currently with are.
If anyone can help out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have found Ian to be very helpful, contact is via email, but he has phoned me many times to help me with issues (mainly cos I don't know what i am doing).
They are based in South Australia and I recommend checking them out.

Yes I agree, I am also with Blue Edge Technology and if you sign up talk to Ian and let him know I recommended him,,, he is a lovely English man and he has helped me from the start! Price wise is excellent... I joined with him without knowing anything about e-commerce etc. and now i have my own website up and running smoothly... he is very very helpful and a lovely person to speak to.
