The power of Party Plan

I would have though there would be other party planners wanting to share their succusses with this as I really believe this is the power and strength of party plan.

Does everyone understand the power of  building a downline?

I can post a whole heap of information on this and use myself as an example ,but not sure if anyone is interested.

Honestly this part has changed my life unbelievably.

Melinda to answer your question for me it was all accidental.  My first party in January  2006  i joined up a husband and wife. Did not even have an application form and had to download it. Since then they have built a downline and that of course becomes my 2nd and 3rd line.

About a week later a lady from school who had a show for me comes knocking on my door saying she wants to join. I was shocked! I had 5 in my first month  join up and my first cheque was $850.

the 2nd lady i joined also has a large team of her own and that also sees my 2nd and 3rd line growing.

and it just keeps on growing and growing and  i am not doing anything special at all.

So my first line is recruiting successfully without my help and the bonus cheque just for this monh is already up to $4000k.

it got to 2K and then $3k and now it is $4k. This is the beauty of party plan. your line grows across ways and downways.

I really have no secret to tell you. I do my shows and so do the girls and the recruits come from there.  I do not advertise at all.

just this month i signed up my best friend who came to me, then there was the lady who does party plan. She said do not even try to join me up. She joined at the end of the night. then  there was simone who said no to a show, 10 minutes later changed her mind, she called me sunday8.30pm and joined.

Then there is heather the lady that postponed last year and was going to do it again last week as all her friends cancelled. i did the show for 2 anyway  and she just joined up as well.

this is just a sample of what it has been like. i could tell you some many more stories.

I never dreamed it would happen so quickly.

I wish i could give eveyone secrets or tips, but there is nothing. Just share the business plan and the products and if they are interested they will join.

I'm off to my Vintage meeting tonight..and even though it is so cold here in Melb..l am excited to be going and collecting another KISS Pin for recruiting  another jeweller....soon l shall be a vintage leader myself and l cant wait to build my team and assist them in building their team...Party Plan is such fun and a great career also....their are so many bonuses....great teams, great  commission, gifts, trips....Gosh never had any of that in nursing....Im love every aspect of my party plan..........the power of party plan is surely amazing...

I agree totally with you Marina, the thought of being able to collect money while you are still spending time with your family should appeal to all of those in our line of work.

I say all you need to do is believe in yourself and your product. This has worked for me. I am pleased to say I have now started my own downline.

In the past 2 weeks I have signed up my first, with 2 more this week and 3 others in the wings still reading up on the company.

I AM EXCITED! I FEEL GREAT THAT I AM GOING WELL! I AM PROUD OF MYSELF!

Hi Marina,

Just read your post and thought I'd share my views as well.

When I started with viva-aroma about 18 months ago, I thought I'd do this until both my kids (currently 3 and 5) were both at school, then I would go back to 'normal' work. I quickly realised that I could earn more at pp than any part time job I could get if I built a team. I am loving the idea that I recruit people, then I earn 6% of whatever they sell and so on. How cool is that!! I love the bonus cheques I get each month and I only do 3 workshops a week - so it's not killing me.

I don't know why everyone doesn't do pp or makes fun of it. It's the best job out there.

Wow, just got in from my Vintage meeting,....and l am so pleased with myself- not only did l collect my Kiss Pin for recruitment but  also received the "jewel"award of the month and a gorgeous watch as a gift....it was very unexpected but very much appreciated.
I feel that if you believe in the power of party plan you can achieve all that you want too.
