I just wanted to share that I had my 2nd training session / info night for my team   last night.

we do have training from my upline, but I now have to branch out on my own as my team is growing every week and I guess this is now the 2nd step in my career.

It went for 2 hours and I did have help from 3 of my sales leaders. we all did segments.
We covered booking at the start, and recruiting at the end with some product knowledge, goals, motivation etc
I still do have a lot to learn in this department, but It was all good and positive as well.

there was no time for nerves at all.!!

The information session was conducted in the other room on a big projector. we had 4 people come and they all joined up.

2  I joined up personally and 2 from my 2nd line.

We had a great night.
