Since i joined the business 15 months ago, i have never been short of bookings. I have 4 this week and just working constantly.
what is the secret??? I really do not know. If i can share my wisdom it is a bit of the product for sure, a bit of the hostess program as well. I find if they do not want to book a show I will book them in for January or September which is a watch program. they love that!That seems to kick start the months in between for me.
I always try and rebook the hostess for the next watch program and that works most of the time.
Sometimes the extra bottle of perfume from France works to clinch the deal
If they book a show they can get the highest priced item for half price.
Sometimes I will call up prior customers and offer them the special hostess gift for that month. Last time i did that it was so many nooooooooooooosss, but i got one yes, so it was worth it.
Sometimes when i wear my jewellery out in public, i will get bookings. People will compliment the jewellery and then i mention what i do and they book a show.
I love the shows where i do not even ask for a booking. It does happen and it happened last week.
Sometimes the hostess will get the bookings for me
So it is a number of things that keep the bookings going. There is no one particular thing that works.

Daniellem. Show is just another word for party, display, demo, or whatever you call your sales event. The word you choose probably reflects the way you tackle your selling process.

Twice each year, Fifth Avenue Collection has an exclusive hostess gift of a gorgeous watch (usually valued at $98 or more) that our hostesses get for free during either January or September. It is a great way to book shows during this time.

Our fabulous hostess program is only one way we stay booked as FAC Jewellers...after all who doesnt want free Jewellery just by booking a show..they receive a gift valued between $60-$100-..... What an easy way to receive something for free and then of course we always explain our generous hostess program which includes more 1/2 price and free Jewellery...
Bookings are every where...and every where we go we wear a jewelllery ..it is that easy...they see the product- they want it-
they book a show,,.
