How do I add an avatar?

I have a logo that I use that ois saved to my hard drive and I also don't know how you can out this on. Mr PP are you there, can you help us?

I have mine saved at www.photobucket.com where they host it for you. It is a free service and you just need to create an account. Once it is saved it will give you a URL address thingy that you copy and past into the avatar line in your profile. It should then show up on here.

Firstly find the picture that you want to use. Right click on it and go to properties. This will give you a pop-up screen which will tell you the URL address. Write this down.
Next go to the top of the page and into Member cp. Once in here you go to edit avatar. There should be a box there where you can type in the URL address of the picture you want. Save this and your avatar should be up and running...

Or, if that doesn't work - just contact the wonderful Mr PP himself, via email, with the avatar you want to use. He will do it all for you. Thats what I did and 10 minutes later....... whalaa!

I have used the photo bucket option, which has worked in the respect that it has shown up, but I made sure I stuck to the 120x120 size rule, and mine is heaps smaller than everyone else's.
How come?
Is there a way to make it look bigger like the others, without going over 120?
