Hi everyone,

Could I please have some suggestions for games suitable for mums to play while thay are juggling their babies/toddlers.

We have our first party for our new pp company on Tuesday 8th May and want to make it easier for guests to be included in games. Our target market is pregnant women, and mums with children under 3, so any games with this theme in mind would be great.

Thanks,

Hennypenny.

Hi Hennypenny,

You need games that a quick, easy and do not need pen and paper. Another idea is to have colouring pictures available for kids to colouring while the mums ae busy. I wll be doing this for my Story Felt Parties. Plus will be taking along a basket of related theme books and toys for the kids to play with. Kids always love new things to play with so I am thinking that that should entertain the kids to get the formal party of the party done with. You could even take an activity mat along for babies to lie infront of the mums.

Any way I am sure that there will be lots of help and good ideas here.

Cheers

Janine

Hi Andrea

Sorry I am a bit late, I hope it all went ok for you with your games.  Our guests often have their hands full too, with drinks!!!  My suggestion would be 'points' type games.  And these are easy to theme around whatever occassion.  Or even an alphabet flash card game works well always!!  Again awarding points for correct answers.

Hope these help

Cheers

why don't you play the toilet paper game...

ask each guest to bring  some toilet paper...

when they come for each square they have they either tell you about themselves  great way for sponsoring

or if they have been to a few parties  what they can tell you about your products...   easy way to do a show this way.

if asked how much to bring just say bring as much or little as you like..

works quite well..

an adaption to the toilet paper game, is to use lollies.  pass around a packet or bowl of lollies, wrapped ones are best and most hygienic, ask guests to help themselves.  now for each lolly they have they can do as described in the toilet paper game.  hehe watch the greedy guests now stumble as they have to provide you with all these answers!! its loads of fun, and the ones that take a lot are usually quite the outgoing ones and ideal as recruits or future hostess.

Hi There,

You could also play a trivia game, where they just answer the questions out loud rather than writing them down.
