Well the official word is finally out!! As of 1st May I have promoted out as a Unit Leader!! It has taken me 4 years but I've done it!! Very, very exciting. I have 10 girls currently working in my team and a couple more starting this month. And a couple of my girls are starting to recruit too!! Next step - Senior Unit Leader!!!

Thank you everyone!! I'm living proof of if you stick with it long enough you'll eventually get there!! I will definitely be getting stuck into those cocktails in Tahiti Kath!! I've been at the gym this morning just so I can do just that!! I'm looking forward to the journey ahead. Thanks again.
