I had a great show last night. the sales were great but it was how I got the show .
I have been going to a fav cafe of mine for 8 months and in all that time the girls were very business like, never made small chit chat with customers or with me.. Once they commented on my jewellery about 5 months ago and that was it. I left catalogues and after that it was back to no chit chat with me. It is just the way they are.
Anyway the day i came back from Mexico i was having cravings for their yummy food and I went there. I was wearing a necklace and she actually for the first time looked me in the eye and said how much she liked it. She was really excited. So I told her about booking a party and she did. We spoke for about 15 minutes or so and now she is always so friendly towards me when I go there.
Her party was yesterday, i sold $908 and 2 bookings were so easy to get.
I actually felt very priviledged to have been invited into their home, and I told her that.
It is a family owned business and they do work very long hours , 7 days a week.
I am just so glad I finally broke the ice with them.
